Anonymous, 14 Aug 2022I am using Samsung smart phones for over 8 years now. But t... moremy best phones : xiaomi (redmi in fact and it does everything good) and huawei
My worst : samsung (lower quality than chineese brands, lower battery endurance, lower soc as exynos isn't as good as kirin (before sanctions) and qualcom
Phones i likeds : xperia (design) but low built quality. Spontaneous screen break, never recognized by Sony.
the best brands in terms of quality : Huawei (by far) and i saw some vivo's brand, seems excellent. Iphone is well built to but not better than other
My conclusion since some years : Chinese brands are the better built ones wich isn't a suprise given their industrial knowledge.
But people will keep saying chinese quality is low. The question is compared to what. Even iphone is built in china. Make it manufacture in Europe (it is impossible in fact in the same rate) and you'll soon discover than china masters the industrial process
Only germany in western world can say they make better built products and it is less and less evident in some aspects

I am using Samsung smart phones for over 8 years now. But thinking of switching to something else considering how terrible its after sales support has been in few last years. You can search "Samsung water scam", ' 9611/9610 scam', 'Samsung service center scam' to know how horrible they are.

rizki1, 09 Aug 2022Not suprised, most Xiaomi phones this year is bad.Get Moto G71/G82. Future proof. Heck if you don't care about 4G/5G and display type, you have choices of G52/G62. Pretty good phones overall. Abandon Xiaomi and Realme totally in this price bracket.

I won't go on UI terms, as I feel UI can be debloated and I don't mind the Miui, it was bad- however, has improved.
Xiaomi's loss is primarily due to not launching phones or launching them pretty late. 11Ultra was sold out in 5-6 hours and it never showed up again. 12 series were released in Europe prior to the Indian market. They have been releasing lowest-tier devices for a while now, mid-ranger or closer to flagship are popping in later compared to the competition.
RealMe & Vivo relatively have been sharper with both the release and the updates.
OnePlus feels very stale, Samsung for the Galaxy series just does not make sense to most customers.

ALL THOES ARE MI MI MI have software problems from past, and others with O O O selling phones at higher prices mostly with mediatek chipset and also have quality issues on them which they selling as flagship phones
Samsung everybody know low end buget segment lags badly with poor exynos performance i dont know when they stop being sherlock homes and start widely accepting snapdragon as main and last but not least google apple are expensive sibilings
And there are then gaming phones of Rog and some fans of MOTO lenovo of which updates are as slow as turtles.

While MiUi looks cool with all it's iOS knock-off quick settings and exquisite widgets, Realme UI also provides many practical features. And their latest beta based on Android 13 is like a leap forward. It's like everything Mi does except copying stupid Apple.

Anonymous, 09 Aug 2022realme has a cleaner and faster ui vs bloated xiaomi ui...both are bloated. miui's arent that severe. you can uninstall them without hestiation. realme ui suck. their ui throttle their midrange devices, sluggish performance. 120hz looks like 48fps😂😂 let alone flagships and upper-midrange. they are usually fine
