Tbh the reason why apple dominates the high end segment is because all of their phones cost more than $500 (equivalent in Indian rupees) so the only phones they sell are classed as "high end". Go back to the 11 sorries and you've got around 12 phones all costing more so not really an accurate representation of sales.

Anonymous, 09 Aug 2022realme has a cleaner and faster ui vs bloated xiaomi ui...True, especially for more budget models. I had a chance to play with a Poco M4 Pro 4G and a Realme 8 and compare them. Even though on paper and on design the Poco looks better, on real life usage, the Realme 8 feels better and has less lag.
I think on more premium models it doesn't matter that much, because they have good hardware and performance.

After watching Angie Zampona's video about how to be hopeful for an apocalypse, maybe we are better off without so much technology? I didn't know Angie left GSMarena over a month ago but she hadn't been on in a while. Her videos are very thought-provoking.
We only have one planet we know we can live in. Unfortunately, most global problems are created by us. Hedonism is destroying our planet. Our species only got 4000 years. We're a flash in a span compared to dinosaurs. Why not make this planet a better place for our species to survive? Reduce e-waste.
