Should change its name into CleanerOS, because the whole UI looks like 3rd party cleaner app.

But i can understand, since Oppo (with other BBK brands) is a low tier brand compared to samsung/apple. No wonder BBK marketshare is collapsing this year.

Fardz, 19 Aug 2022i did not say it will be like apple though, relaxi meant the ui. it almost looked similar

notafanboy, 19 Aug 2022Please learn what mental gymnastics are, then come backWhat's your point? Since you asked me to, I did - and my point still stands. ColorOS/OxygenOS merger is "off", but still copying each other which essentially makes it the same thing; hence mental gymnastics. What's the use of "calling off" a merger if they're just going to make it look the same with different naming in the end? Isn't mental gymnastics meant making something up in a complicated way to not make it reach an obvious conclusion? It's the same thing; "calling off" a merger, but copy each other's featureset and changing the OS name. Might as well call it a single OS - a merge in other words but not really because "not the same entity" lol.

In fact, virtually ALL Android smartphone manufacturers seem to stick to Google's design guidelines because nowadays stock Android and iOS look so similar that there no longer is any point for them to "copy" iOS in any way.

What a mess. What's the point of having OxygenOS and ColorOS at the same time, when they're literally almost - if not, completely the same thing? They say the merge is off, but instead they're copying each other so it doesn't qualify as a merger? Talk about mental gymnastics lmfao. Wasted resources.

                                What is this??

The design of ColorOS looks like 3rd party Cleaner Apps.

Maybe Oddo use Cleaner App designer to create ColorOS.

Even some cleaner app has better design than this.
