SShock, 18 Aug 2022You know what allows you offline playback? Torrents. And th... more100% agree with you

You know what allows you offline playback? Torrents. And then these corporate suits all scratch their empty heads when people are resorting back to piracy. Gee, I wonder why. Just wait till Netflix execs start to complain how piracy is ruining their business. The usual tactic when profits and income are dropping. They all do this nonsense and Hollywood industry is the worst all while having the worst offering to consumers.

Remember how all gaming companies were whining over piracy constantly? You don't hear that anymore because things changed and mostly for the better on consumer side where games are now so accessible I really can't be bothered to pirate them and fiddle with cracks and other nonsense. If I'm bored and fancy a new game, I just go to one of many stores, usually Steam or GOG, buy a game and in few minutes of super fast downloading, I can already enjoy it, zero nonsense. Why can't movie industry be like that instead of all this subscription crap and idiotic regional restrictions of content. How can you run a global business while serving highly restricted regional limited content. Makes zero sense.

netflix is only reasonable with password share. because, it is more expensive than amazon and disney's individual subscriptions. so,they have to reduce the prices or keep the password share. the reason netflix loses customers is, amazon and disney started rollout outside of the US in 2022.
