It seems like some phone manufacturers are transitioning to an almost auto-industry type of production where when they introduce a new model, they keep it for a few years and then make incremental changes.

Hope the case will fit too.
Having a phone shop with more than 5000 duifferent cases for most phones is sometimes a lot of waste.
I mean Iphone 7,8, SE 2020 and SE2022 uses same cases most phones should be like this.
No need to make more silicon waste.

All samsung smartphones are full of bloatware software which you cant uninstall. Thats the reason I will probably buy iphone or something else without bloatware as my next smartphone.

Having the same / a similar design ain't a bad thing, honestly, improving on a good design over time is better than radically changing your design every single year.
Part of me was kind of expecting them to bring back the S21U camera bump or make the 200MP camera's bump bigger than the others, but when I think about it, that would look odd with the new boxy Note design, and keeping the S22U design is probably for the best.

DMX, 22 Aug 2022And they don't really change anything! LOLIt's not like anyone forces you to buy new model every single year lol. I'm on nearly 4 years old iPhone, I'm considering Galaxy S23 models. Someone who has Galaxy S22 model probably won't be looking for new one. And same goes for iPhones while we're at it. They do evolutionary changes and no one forces you to buy new one every year. Plenty of software updates ensures you're not really pressured through that so if you go with a year old model and get it cheaper or just skip few years, it's all viable.

Spec bump is fine. S22 is already a great phone and with the performance issues addressed, it'll be something I'd pick up.
I mean, the iPhone has been pretty much the same visually since 11. People are still buying it.

It would be nice to samsung to copy apple approach.
Top of the line is top of the line, so iphone pro its the same as iphone pro max with different size.
I hope that samsung starts to put the same hardware at all S series. The last one can have the S pen, but other features should be the same
