LOL, in 2024 i think those will fall back get a Refurbished iPhone 14 Pro Max rather than a iPhone XR 5G will LCD or those step down CPU. unless iPhone XR 2024 will have fingerprint scanner on power button, perhaps a year down CPU 6GB ram 128GB 5G 6' and USB C with USD$499 perhaps user can consider.

By that time it will be totally outdated, with notch and lightning port. Even the rest of the iPhone line-up will look different.
But, average Apple customer will not care about this. They will bla bla around how the software experience is more important and doesn't matter if the phone doesn't look modern or it doesn't have this or that. But they will gladly pay 500€ for it. Lol.
I will rather give that money to some charity or whatever, instead of giving them to Apple for nothing, filling their "empty" pockets.

So iPhone SE (2022) will have the last to have home button and the old Touch ID? Good. I have no interest in any more Face ID iPhones. Heck, even if the next SE looked like the 12/13 minis, I still wouldn't get it. I really do hate Face ID.
My space gray iPhone SE 2016 is still a legend. Still the best design ever for an iPhone, IMO. Last to have 3.5mm headphone jack. Easy to slip in your pocket. I'll keep it running forever changing the battery when I need to or when I can't find batteries that holds juice for it any more.

Y'all know whats better for the SE? A16 Chipset in a iPhone 8 Plus body. still have Touch ID, Dual Camera, able to put bigger battery, everybody wins.

Apple is really good at recycling old phones and marketing them as new..
As long as we all keep on buying them, the innovations came out from android phones such as flips, foldables..never gonna happen with apple anytime soon..
