Darn, Huawei beats everyone to the satellite messaging game. Beidou is the most advanced GNSS system available so I am not surprised it can work like this but Huawei building an satellite antenna so small into a phone is impressive

But the said report shows that the mate 50 series will use the tsmc-made sd 8+ gen 1, HOPEFULLY this is true. Few weeks ago gsmarena said that the xperia 5 iv will use the sd 8+ gen 1, but when it launched, it was confirmed that the xperia 5 iv uses the samsung-made sd 8gen1

Smooth, fast, no lag(occasional) and easier to use. What is pain off b*tt is that it doesnt have google support. I've used the google-less huawei y8p in the past and currently using realme gt master. Overall(except the google support), EMUI is the best android skin for me. Better than a throttling ONE UI, miui(although im tempted to buy a xiaomi phone), color os/realme ui, fun touch os and the current oxygen os (the older oxygen os 10 is better than any skin)

Anonymous, 06 Sep 2022Small battery disappointed Totally agree, but i must say Huawei is the best optimized mobiles i ever had, and we talking Mate only (i had), 5000mAh usally around 2 days batteri life with average use. But again its not the Kirin chip anymore, so maybe its not like this any longer because its now Snapdragon.

What are you talking about, I assure you that battery would not last 3 hours of strong gaming my 2018 phone has 4000ma battery, It's simple the more mA battery the better it's not about apple or Samsung or Huawei they all using the same technology.
And I' really disappointed nothing new here the same mate 20 with a little hardware update

I think this is the first device we're seeing from Huawei that has been fully impacted by the issues they've faced and subsequent reduction in funding. The screen looks like it's been pulled off a Mate 20 Pro, I can't quite believe after refining the pill-shape cutout (which is one of the best solutions around AND enables secure Face ID) that they've then took a step backwards with a wide notch? The rear styling is also pretty bad - it's like those fake versions sold on Wish. I'm dreading to see how they ruin the P60 Pro now.
