Hanif Fikri, 12 Sep 2022I replaced my android Poco f3 battery for 20$ :)Phone was how much? Paying 100€ for battery on Poco F3 would be half the price of it. Battery would have to be 500€ in iPhone to be half of its price. See the similarity?
As for price increase, everyone, not just Apple are jacking up prices like we're in the best of times of abundance of everything...

Three-four years down the line, when you need battery replacement, $100 is no longer small price compared to what value phone has retained.

When they earn a small basic salary which half goes to pay the rent, one quarter on utilities and food and the other quarter on car lease, hard they fill its tank with gasoline.

Smaller primary compute unit and more elaborate power management good for entrainment bad for utility and mission planning, think if you would have used a Computer for the task of planning something it could do it better, if you need Jheek jhak light styled as Christmas use microcontroller but car ppl want it more then you do so, it’s good an’ol, it’s cameras they wanna make, think they can sell it like DSLR, expensive, yeah. Might not work
Think iPhone is another Mirroless super camera device to click the world, well it’s not pretty so nobody ll be interested. I would love to be wrong. But
