I... more3 updates are not the best but any more updates would cripple the device down to a slowdown to the point that it won't be usable anymore. Because it runs on weak chipset (like phones in it's segment) whereas iPhone always has the best chipset

I really appreciate Samsung for one thing.
They provide software updates. That's really nice, But not all companies do that.
Nokia promises to update but finally end up with device issues and they skip the update.

It's not terrible compared to other phones obviously (some only got 1 year, and some didn't get any lmao), but you would have to admit that Apple has better software support since they manage to support their older iPhones for almost 7 years straight (iPhone 6s only just lost main software support and that released in 2015), and that doesn't count the security updates it'll keep getting.
The longest I've seen an Android phone get software support is 4 years (which definitely isn't bad at all, and by the time you get the 4th update you'll probably be on a new phone), and that's from Google themselves with their Pixels.

poor galaxy a11. gets tormented by android 12 update😂😂 its gonna lag and freezes for no reason. to manipulate customers into upgrading to their S series. for those who own the galaxy a11 dont update to android 12.
