SShock, 10 Oct 2022You're trying to make it sound like engineers can'... moreYeah surely engineers do dumb things but not much as normal people do specifically apple bots. And as I said before a jobless with no education is pretty much clueless about higher education stuff. Or anyone from the ee or ce field would have recognized me where I belong to. Whereas my previous username was directly from a topic of ee2 ac as a credit. And structural/civil engineers have to deal with some of the electrical engineering stuff. They even have a course on AC and do solve circuits based on it. As house wiring and designing are vital tasks for them. You have zero ideas about higher education.

I've got a question for you. Do you like to get insulted for talking about things out of your ideas and knowledge?

ALU to Cache, 10 Oct 2022Guess what? You're talking to an engineer. You're trying to make it sound like engineers can't say or do dumb things lol. Also what kind of engineer you are matters a lot. Structural engineer probably has no clue about things like electrical engineering or even the very basics of computers or mobile hardware. So, spare me the "I'm smarter than you because I'm engineer" BS.

SShock, 08 Oct 2022And you're an expert? Sure.Guess what? You're talking to an engineer.

Don't talk about things out of your ideas or I have to show your level like previously. Like your term of sluggish and laggy, it's purely software-based tweaks. Without proper optimization, it doesn't matter how much power processors have. A prime example was the Xiaomi 12 with the latest soc. Which still had tons of software issues like bugs and lags, including in gaming as well.

And Apple with the best display? lol. Even their displays aren't the best in the display market. But isn't this article about a phone with an oled display? So your demand was irrelevant here.

Pretty weak performance mid range chips that use half power and more efficiency will surpass this soon

As long as it's not on my fanboy patron's device = it is worthless, my phone is still far better.
If it is on my fanboy patron's device = it's the best version ever, no one does it better, my phone is better than yours PERIOD, I am better than you, you poor me rich, my daddy pilot.

Don't expect an objective, sensible, well balanced debate when dealing with phone-chuds.

ALU to Cache, 07 Oct 2022So you use a phone looking at it on the side? And your nake... moreBecause you totally never view anything together with another person o show something to another person and they always look at the phone at exactly 90°. Sure. As for color accuracy and black levels, you do realize there are devices that measure this, right? All iPhones come tuned for color accuracy to a very high degree and black levels have always been among the best in industry when LCD displays were a thing (which is almost irrelevant with OLED's).

SShock, 06 Oct 2022Well, it's nice if it's super snappy and generall... moreExactly not lol. It's today more on optimization. Higher-scored devices don't always perform better. RISC architecture is meant to be better in optimization than CISC, which is more about raw performance.

So, do you all just get together and run benchmarks until your phone's die or something?

Can't believe it's 2022 and the android vs apple argument is still alive lmao. Phones these days are so powerful that no average user will even notice the difference to phones from 3 years ago. They're all basically the same in real world performance, just pick one you like and be happy.

If you need a really good camera, get a proper DSLR. Need a powerful processor? Just use a computer. Phones these days can do everything they're meant to really well, and have been for years already.
