Nobody needs either of those. The Steam Deck is already a huge milestone in portable PC gaming. At most, I would give it a 60hz 1080p IPS display and ability to use 2080-sized M.2 SSDs.

Anonymous, 07 Oct 2022Needs VRR OLED and proper Raytracing capable APU, current A... moreThis is a mobile device. Expecting crazy performance means it would last for like 40 minutes. Running ray tracing on battery powered device is nonsense.

Tech depreciates quickly and if you don't have a good turn around, you'll be making loses. I hope they either learn it the hard way and lose a lot of money or realize that and just leave us alone because it's not profitable to do.

Is good news. I just hope this will not turn into a PS5 fiasco, with scalpers buying all of them and then asking insanely amount of money for it.
I already saw some Steam Decks in my country and they were asking 1200EUR for one (the 256Gb model).
