If they used 48mp RGB and cropped from it would be much better. OEMs need to learn basic things

Does it take crop from 12mp? Or from 48mp? Hopefully the latter.

Pierre sur internet, 08 Oct 2022are we 1000% sure theses photos has been taken with a Googl... moreYes because if you download all of the pictures from the Google employee's Google Photos album you can see the oil paining effect and a lot of noise.
This will never happen with DSLR cameras. Only smartphones because of the Artifical Intelligence.

I don't know why the Golden Gate bridge results look so much worse than the One World Trade Center results (probably the light conditions, but the light conditions should be good enough and Google also combines overexposed frames, which capture more light and should fix the noise in the shadows).
It will be interesting whether the raw files or daylight Night Sight 10x images will look better. One could also try to overexpose daylight 10x photos in order to capture more light.

I just do not like the AI autputs, they look whashed out, would be nice, to see real camera phones with huge sensors like nokia 808 or 1020, thar do not need AI to take a great shoot and look way more natural then this computer made fakes.

The 15x One World Trade Center photo shows noticeably more detail than the 5x photo, that's impressive. (The 10x photo seems to be slightly out of focus)
But the Golden Gate Bridge images are far worse: 2x (bridge photo) is partly slightly worse than an upscaled 1x photo and suffers from aggressive noise reduction. Maybe the raw file will be better.
10x and 15x (again bridge photo) only have a tiny bit better angular resolution than 5x, this is only perceivable when you compare extreme crops.
