Thing is that’s your experience only dude, you had 1 iPhone for three months nearly a decade ago, didn’t like it and now we are all supposed follow your take on it?
See among the many device I have owned was a Huawei device once a few years back, and after only a week was either going to force the store to take it back or bin the dam thing, will never touch another Huawei again, not even for free.
So now is my not liking Huawei products to be the final word on their quality or simply my own take on them? Cause that same question applies to you regarding iPhones as well.
Difference between you and me though is I quite enjoy android, I prefer iOS but could switch back to Android tomorrow with minimal fuss or disruption to my life. You on the other hand have made your far more stringent bias clear, you are a…uh….rockhard android fan only, So ultimately I don’t see the need to take seriously much of what you have to say.

AnonD-731363, 12 Oct 2022Man no need. Long time ago had Iphone 6 back in 2014 when p... moreEven though you are basing your assessment on iPhones, from an older model of iPhone (iPhones 6), I can confirm that many problems that you encounter back in 2014 are still there nowadays.
Had 3 iPhones until now, in different time periods, mainly as secondary phones to my primarily Android phones (iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone Xs and iPhone 12). Even though, nobody can deny (including myself), that iPhone software support is very good, everything else about iPhones is a downsize for me.
And sadly, the road that Apple will take with the iPhones, makes me even less interested in iPhones in the future (I mean, no physical sim cards, no charging port, probably everything done through icloud).
I understand (to some extent), why Apple users buy iPhones (because of the software). But for me, there are too many compromises to accept, just for the sake of software.
Also, Android software nowadays is very good too (much much better than it was 5-10 years ago). Is not just specs on paper (like many Apple users wrongfully suggests).

DaFink, 11 Oct 2022Keep telling yourself thatMan no need. Long time ago had Iphone 6 back in 2014 when phone was a brand new just released device. Sold it back within 3 months because phone barely cooperating with its self not with the user and other devices.
Was tired of slow icloud, was tired of continuous use of Itunes where i was unable to empty full phone of photos and videos just pluging to computer or external harddrive like with android devices and its working.
Was tired of slow charging and fast discharging of battery.
And that ugly design and lack of innovation. Prison OS and no use of memory card were enough.
Never more Apple for me since then. Not even for free.

Easy reason why apple is not good brand to buy.
Rockhard fans of android would understand for Apple users even a bug fixes are for them like opening xmas presents.

I wanted to keep it for obvious reasons but not have some bulky folder gathering dust in the attic or something. So I put it all into my iCloud Drive using the document scanner in the Files app. It’s works an absolute treat. I now use it for all official documentation that still finds its way to me through the post.

DaFink, 11 Oct 2022I use the 'scan documents' function within both t... moreFunny thing is, I was using Microsoft Lens and Adobe Scan, because that's what I was used to use on Android. Then I stumbled upon "Scan Documents" function in File Manager on iOS and realized how amazing it is. You can see it mark entire document in blue within paper edges, you don't even have to sort of align it perfectly into viewfinder and it can be at literally any angle. It'll perfectly capture edges and apply angle correction. And you don't have to press anything unlike others where you need to tap button to scan. Stacking multiple pages into one PDF has never been so easy. Love it. It's such little things that make life so much easier than all the custom ROM's, app sideloading and all the home launchers combined in worth. At least for me anyways.
