ALU to Cache, 11 Oct 2022Absolut bs 😂😂😂 like edge detection, super fast scanning onl... moreYou're claiming things as if I've not been using other scanners for years because I wasn't aware iOS already has built-in one. And yes, edge detection is spectacular where other tools are always wonky and you have to manually correct the detected edges so there is not tons of desk in the background...

Anonymous, 11 Oct 2022Both Android and iOS have doc scanner but... unless for one... moreAny good-rated scanner can scan files professionally. I used to use a scanner app developed by Indian developers for submitting my reports during the covid. And I got the highest mark in those reports on respective courses i.e. Physics 3 lab, EE lab2, Power Conversion, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Economics, and so on.

Anonymous, 11 Oct 2022That is a thing people tend to forget, stock Google apps on... moreGoogle went the route that they did out of necessity, not desire. They were fighting a losing battle against fragmentation and had to do something.
And this isn't me dumping on the approach they settled on, far from it, I think they did the right thing. Just saying they didn't come up with it just for kicks and giggles as better way to tackle as a better way of doing things, they did so as the only hope of ever tackling a large problem they otherwise were powerless to fix.
Apple never had the fragmentation problem, and were quite easily able to issue firmware updates whenever they wished, to tackle problems big and small across the vast majority of their user base, Google never had that luxury with Android, and so hence: Google Play Services.

ALU to Cache, 11 Oct 2022Absolut bs 😂😂😂 like edge detection, super fast scanning onl... moreBoth Android and iOS have doc scanner but... unless for one document I rather use the scanner of my all in one.
I mean I could get fired if the documents were not set up professionaly, which is easy to spot resolution wise.

Even my 5-year-old redmi 4x with the usual scanner will do things more or less similar to 14pro max. Educate yourself asap.

SShock, 11 Oct 2022Just because they allow it to still work doesn't mean ... moreWhat the heck are you talking about ? If your a person who need security then you go with bittium. What type of security you need ? There is no security on Android or Apple that hackers cant break in to with some period of time it takes to break in. I am nobody so why would i need security ? Never mind that when your connected to internet then you dont have much security what so ever anyways. Your the hard core fan troll in this site who spam on every news playing a smart guy who also talk a lot of nonsense

But so is forcing everyone to use webkit. Apple is weird like that.

SShock, 11 Oct 2022You of all people (being iPhone/iOS user) should know how t... moreAnd yet I go normally into a discussion with people.
Also I know when to stop and full ignore the ones that will keep trolling and hating.
The only reason I now decided to react for the final time is to make that clear to you.
You make a drama out of it and go over the top, it's like the are personaly attacking you and you should just ignore them.
Instead of actually fighting against the ones that spread lies, you make US iOS users look like clowns.
Think for a second there, what you do is not helping iOS users.
You actually make it worse.
Calm down
And ignore those people
Simple
And if you don't, well then if people attack you for that you at least know you caused that yourself.
But I am leaving this discussion, I don't want to be associated with this as a iOS user.
Heck you even attacked a different iOS user from what I just saw, take a deep breath because I don't think this drama is needed.
Bye

How about you go out there and tell all the Android fanboys who feel the need to s**t on Apple 24/7 to, I don't know, stop lying and spreading total liles? Do that and I won't have to debunk all the BS in here and I'll be as calm and chill as a sloth.

Rkm, 11 Oct 2022Keeping it civil and not diverging from the topic.
That&... moreThat is a thing people tend to forget, stock Google apps on Android are not a part of the OS so they can always get updated without OS updates.
Whichever method suits one fancy aside, I understand the route Apple took, but I wish they went the same way, especially as a web developer myself because Safari is really a pain to develop for, and where any other browser even Microsoft Edge get updated without the whole OS having to get a update...
Yeah but I doubt that is ever going to happen, Apple does the Apple way, but sometimes I wish they kinda tweaked that a little.
