Anyway I don't know how your brain works, but if there are more users of a particular device eg. S3, then there is a higher chance of problems to be found, compared to a device with only 10 users. But that doesn't mean the device with 10 users has anymore or any less problems.

Galaxy s3 has no business winning best smart... moreLumia 920 should win the most retarded phone of the year that phone weight a ton and has very cheap build quality and very thick, limited internal storage and very bad battery life with ugly old LCD technology TFT which Samsung use it in their low profile phones plus it offers 2010 technology with price of 2012 technology.
And don't forget when Nokia faked the samples for 920 because its in no match with S III camera.

Check the strawberry in 920 you can't see any details at all! while S III is much better.

You can't tell me a phone with sudden death issues, sub par quality build, and a breakable screen, weak battery life has any business winning smart phone of the year right? Not only that, there are 5 other phones that are flat out better then the s3. But oh well. Selling more phones (iphone 4s) is better then this award.

The combined sales of HTC, Motorola, Sony and LG could not reach even half the sales of the PLASTIC Samsung. What could be the reason for this? Why people are not willing to buy the glass and metal covered phones? Why are they buying only the PLASTIC Samsung in millions and how did they make Samsung S3 which is made up of a flimsy plastic back cover as the world's no. 1 selling smartphone?

you do realise its not gsmarena who decides the winner but a number of judges, and all those judges agreed on the S3 to be the overall winner.

I think GS2 was the best but GS3 is a muscled GS2 with no innovation. It don't deserve the crown. A stupid phone. Bigger and bigger and that's all. It's a shame.

rigged event. Galaxy s3 has no business winning best smart phone with all its problems and the quality build of the phone. Lumia 920 and HTC Butterfly got snubbed this time. Probably get snubbed again next year, unless they come up with money to convince the judges. HTC Butterfly is the best android phone if you ask me. Oh well.
