Apple is not relevant in Brazil so if brasilians are not happy they should remove Apple from their market because Apple wont change its policy. If you have money to purchase an iPhone you have money to purchase a charger. That’s their way of thinking and in the end they’re right…

May be Apple is beginning to be cured of its insatiable desire to use every means fair or foul to take monies from their customers. When did Apple give away free chargers for them to claim today that most of their customers already have chargers, and let me ask, do chargers last for ever? Sell your products as you like everywhere, but if you are selling a chargeable product in our country add a charger to it, that is the sensible thing the Brazilian Consumers Association is telling Apple. Hope many such fines come from more countries.

Actually, I do have a comment along those lines, I thought did the US forest me Apple do you use USB-C chargers for all those devices? Did this never end up passing?

Then why does Apple (other brands too) ask more money for their phones when removing standard accessories? A 30W Apple power adapter costs 45€. Why doesn't Apple give me these 45€ back when i decide not to get a charger but only their already overpriced 1000€+ phone? You say it would be like asking for trousers when only paying for a shirt. no it is not, because in this case you pay for the trousers too. Apple raises prices but cuts necessary accessories. isn't it embarrassing that when you buy a 1000€+ phone you have to pay additional money to make it work, something that wasn't an issue before? it is like the bags in the supermarket: first, plastic bags became chargeable due to environmental pollution. we still have environmental pollution in the same or even higher scale as before but now the customer has to pay to get a bag. and not just that, paper bags were introduced afterwards but became chargeable too due to their environmental "friendliness". eventually, the customer has to pay for both the plastic bag and the seemingly friendlier paper bag. in short: he has to pay for a SILLY bag. and at Apple, the customer has to pay for a SILLY charger, which he doesn't even get. the environment is the dumbest excuse ever.
