SShock, 28 Oct 2022Charming, that you geniuses equate needles overcomplication... moreWell, all I'm saying is that iOS was made with an extra emphasis that it should be easy to use for everyone. Not really a bad thing and actually the ease of use is welcoming for a lot of people that switch to iOS. Both have their own advantages. Android is an os that can be a bit messy at times, because everyone has their own skin on top of it. Very few companies (Samsung, OnePlus) can pull it off right with custom android and Motorola, pixel are some of the best stock-ish Android ROMs. It's all upto personal preferences of the user

It's like fitting 350 buttons in car's dashboard. Uh oh you're dumb for not being able to use car with so many buttons right. Riiiight.

anonono, 28 Oct 2022if you can't be bothered to search for a setting then ... moreBecause everyone wants to spend hours searching for settings. Not to mention fun part where I knew how feature is called yet search in settings didn't show it up. Spent frigging half an hour searching for it. But sure, I'm dumb. Funny how you call us "Apple apologists and defenders" and when I literally tell you a first hand flaw or problem of Android and you'll still furiously defend it. You're funny, but not in actually funny way.

Next year, if this ends up happening: "OMG Apple does it again 🤩!!!"

🙄 and this is why we never get out of the box devices nowadays. "Journalists" are boring and can't even open their mind to different things.

Androids have it hidden under 500 settings. Usually so much that even search in settings doesn't help you find it. It's what separates iPhone from the rest (of Androids).

These are very old feature that Android phones had since 20th century B.C. my OnePlus has those as well. No big deal

                        What about USB C?

It sucked on HTC U12 because it runs on Android and it thrives on stuff like safe modes and debugs so it needs like a hard reset to close a hanged phone. Apple would fit because no one expects to debug such a phone like that.

I had to switch because it was nagging for PIN constantly from constant failed finger registrations. Noticed it can be scanned without press if screen is wake, which can be from double tap, then it reads fingerprint without having to actually press POWER button.

And it has a lot of submenus and controls despite being "just a smart band". It recogizes taps on screen, scrolls, long presses, This gives pretty granular control.

Poco X4 GT for example has similar operation, just double tap for screen wake. Or also raising to wake. Not as seamless since you need to place finger on fingerprint reader, but close.

                                It's certainly doable.
