Sometimes feels like they're just contented selling to the Mainlanders and don't really need the rest of the world.

samsung: well, is harder and more expensive to fit an 1 inch sensor so what can we do ? bump some fake MP , the uneducated will surely fall for it, big numbers look good on paper

Given what Apple and Google are doing, Xiaomi should have a 2x "zoom" (center crop) for the main 50MP, and either 3x or 4x zoom on the 50MP telephoto, also using the same center crop method. That, or an Ultra HD (50MP) mode for all 3 cameras.
I'd hope they bring back the IP rating like the 11 series had, but probably not.

Would be nice to see. It certainly performs better than that 108MP one they made with Samsung. I just need it in a smaller phone to care.
