lets the market decide as samsung said ;) if they are too ugly and didnt satisfy costumer need, they will get tired of it anyway, thats how nokia was dead with their phone long ago but manage spin drive abit =)

Samsung would sue apple anything if they had the chance. This patent problem have to be solved by US.
But not saying its evil thou.. it means wealth would shift from company to company, depending on who holds the respective copied patents.
So companies will get paid for their respective patented innovations. Samsung made s4 .. everyone cash in and share the profit! isn't it great?

Samsung invented super amoled that every company envies, started the 4"+ trend and all other companies follow suit, the first company to release a phone that shoot HD videos, leader in global supplier of flash memory and oled displays, first phablet and redefined stylus, top notch arm architectures and the hundred of features android has.

Nokia is getting weaker, so they stick with strongest "loving enemy" of samsung.... so we know Nokia is struggling to sell phone to compete samsung phone, so i guess the nokia CEO took this step because afraid of losing his job.

Samsung was good for one thing..they stuck it to the high noses of Apple and Nokia by giving more option to the average guy on the street what Apple and Nokia would charge u for an arm and a leg, I'd say we owe Samsung at least that much..just sayin.

That's exactly the point. Samsung doesn't decide to do these things until Apple does it. Google wallet came out much earlier than Passbook, yet it was only until Apple released Passbook that they suddenly had an epiphany that they could release a similar option as well. The least they could do was try to come up with an original icon, but I guess that would be straying too far from Apple.

Nokia facing a bankruptcy so they have no choice.
However they allied with a wrong partner.
Apple is much worse than Samsung when it comes to betrayal.
Nokia is digging their own grave.
