BUT how many regular people will pay for something like this without expecting a use for their money spent and they just pay for the sake of them getting stranded one day
Anyways it is obvious that Apple did not make this for regular people
BUT my question is what happens to regular people using iPhone 14 series when they get stranded?

The idea is the same, you pay for something to insure that you (or your designated beneficiary) will get some benefit if an unfortunate event occurs. However, you don't know when that event will occur.

My only gripe is that it is obvious Apple did not make this feature for normal people,they made it for Hikers,mountain climbers, people that go into jungles etc that is why it is a paid subscription.Because those people will need the feature on standby
BUT what if a normal iPhone 14 series user gets lost or needs to contact emergency with no service,what would happen to the person????
It's not like the person could see the future and pay down for the feature because he/she didn't think they would get stranded
