    so technically it is an overclocked 8100 with ray tracing

        So other than hyper engine upgrade there's not really an upgrade? They raised the hz a little bit so peak performance (benchmark's) look better and pertain a false upgrade over 8100? They use the same A78 and A55 so at the same hz they perform almost the same, only the 4nm vs 5nm advantage.

            i really hope Xiaomi bring this powerful chip for global user not only Chinese

              The D8100 can score 800K AnTuTu, which is equivalent to an SD 888. There is no mid range Snapdragon on par with this mediatek. Mediatek crushes the 2 years old flagship Snapdragon. Or even more so with this 8200.
