So apple still design t... more"arm basics"?? haha okay ... whatever. cpu architecture are very delicate you can't tweak them . you can tweak how they behave to different condition, overclockthem or put in different types of gpu with it or add better cooling system. but you can't modify the architecture at it's core. either you use arm or you don't . if you do then it's no better than any other cpu out their . (my opinion based on what little I know about such complex things)
bionic is not a great cpu. but iOS is a great operating system . knows how to squeeze all the performance out of the soc

They don't use computational photography like most others (pixels being the biggest culprits) and B. They just don't effectively get the best out of the sensors and lens/optimise the software with the hardware well. Some really good hardware in their devices though but this has been an issue for years (had the Sony Xperia z1 and its 21mp cam was easily beaten by my replacement LG g3 and its 12-13mp cam)

Unless you mean act... morelike most mobile cpu bionic chips too are based on 64-bit ARM architecture. so it's not true to say that it's their design .
their cpu are powerful because they are specifically configured for their particular OS . where as mainstream android cpu are not configured for any particular environment . so their flexibility costs performance.
result being you can install any linux touch based os like ubuntu touch on your android phone. but same may not be true for iphones

I'm not saying I am against computational photography or "AI camera" . but the magic in being in control over what you shoot is unparallel . you leave your essence in the pictures you click . it may not be "best" but it's yours truly

Unless you mean actually produce, as in fabricate. In that case only a tiny few have their own fabs, so "no", that part is normal though.
