What apple clearly forget is that android is a much more affordable platform. not everyone with android are likely to know how to hook up their device and update it, unlike i users who probably a bit more tech savvy.

Apple have one chance to survive and to make me throw away my Note 2 for good. Apple have to introduce two devices. First with 4.5-4.7 1080p inch display, second with 5.5 1080p display. Both made by glass and metal of superior Apple traditions. And both have to run stock Android, being a NEXUS devices. That build quality and OS will blow the market away, and Samsung would be out of the game. It is said by Samsung true fanboy!

Inspite of "updating" its OS - apple still does not have widgets - so what stupid comments. Gees even windows mobile have live tiles. Watch: apple will eventually copy android.

Phil Schiller spectacularly sh*ts bricks in the face of the Android juggernaut that is the Sammy Galaxy S range.

He knows that Apple are in for a spanking on the sales figures once the S4 hits the shelves and is desperately trying to find any way to diss what will be this years most epic handset release.

                Silly Philly - LOL.

This has to be the joke of the decade. And it shows how iOS has lost right hand and legs. From today we wont laugh on poor apple, we should feel pity for them

Looks like Phil brain, just like Apple's innovation, is from HERE...to HERE :-D All they can do nowadays is pull their competitors down by words or law suits and not their products. Apple needs to use their brains for product betterment and not this bullshit!!!

yes android is a little fragmented upon releasing updates, but considering how many handsets it has to be adapted for its kind of understandable to a point, i know tho if i have a flagship i will get at least 2 major updates for it in aprox 1 year, before i trade for a new one, your OS looks rubbish and pretty much identical to when it was launched, how boring, u have added an extra row of icons, WOW, you have folders, WOW, u have a locked down OS with restrictions, I for one cannot stand apples stupid logic of making a multimedia device that does not actually play multimedia, unless its apples compatible only, lack of Bluetooth support, no file management, usb host or usb device, u are still so far behind in development stages its sometimes crude, your tech is good, your designs are good, but the fact that you are still missing basic tech which was on any other platform years ago is astounding, if you took the iphone guts and put it another manufacturers body, lets say LG, this phone would sink like a stone and would probably cripple LG or whoever we chose, the only selling point of apple being so successful is they have brand appeal, kind of like saying apple are the Gucci of the tech world, It does not matter that it was designed by an asda/walmart employer, the fact it has a big name means it MUST BE AWESOME..... obviously fan-boys will hit back saying but the galaxy s class phones are plastic!!!! yes they are well spotted and what else???? oh yeah that's right NOTHING ELSE, aside from the odd minor bug which every piece of tech in the world is susceptible to, and that's a fact.

Yeah.. stupid apple, making software which causes battery problems, and still unable to patch it, then bash perfect mobile os because "my own is superior". way to go apple

That's fun, considering that recent apple updates have been made to fix software mistakes and bugs, keep the good work apple!

It is also very important to remember that android devices with "dates" OS versions cost 3-4 times less than the iphone - I think quite a few people can live with ICS rather than JB considering how little (relatively to iphone) they paid.
