Pixels are known for giving results like you have a much better hardware. Maybe because Google is in fact primarly a software company so they're focusing more on software side. Pixel 6a is a normal size phone in contrast to A52s which can be important for some. I know some people only read paper specs, but that's not the whole story and it can't be objective. If you want to be objective try to watch reviews or some testings of phones you're interested, because phone is not just hardware and you can't say hey this is better then this because it has bigger numbers on paper. For a good software it takes a lot of time and a lot of human resources. Obviuosly you don't care for software that much and only putting the weight on hardware. That's fine. But calling someone a fool for his choice? Really mature.

Anonymous, 04 Jan 2023Take a look at Pixel 5 how amazing it looked with symmetric... moreI used to love phones with minimum to no bezel, had a note 10, S8, but because of bigger forces in play I ended up with a pixel 6, which has a bit more bezel than those before, and I have to admit that SOME bezel is very welcome, it helps handling even though it don't make the phone looks so cool

This boxy design with chunky bezels is disgusting. Google should have learnt that by now.. what about the pixel 5 with symmetrical bezels, can't they do something like that again?

Why would you even buy a midrange phone when it has no headphone jack? When pixel a series had headphone jack there may have been a point. Nevertheless pixel a series has always been overpriced for its hardware. This probably has same rubbish imx363 sensor as 6a, which is an ultrawide camera on many phones, lol.
Get A52s, save money and be happier. It's very reliable, got much better camera, headphone jack, microSD slot, ip67 and 778g which is better than any overheating tensor garbage.
"but muh software update" crowd is heading here. Hey fools, go chase your arbitrary garbage while I take better hardware and more ports for same price.

I think Samsung may improve video quality as much as iPhone. If this happens, iPhone is dead.
Vivo x90 pro plus's video improvement is not evident.
Oneplus 11 with Hasselblad collaboration become fail forever. Today is their turn point for their improvement. If not, then they will settle again.

in pixel 8 series, Tensor G3 need to be manufacture by TSMC with the help of Snapdragon or Mediatek.
This year Samsung S23 seires will beat Pixel 7 pro in over all aspects.

Damn ! Pixel 7a is assumed to get newer camera sensors , fast fingerprint scanner , oh its 90hz panels, . Really a boon over the Pixel 6a , . Which is better for price , so 7 a would be even better , more pricier than.6a .
