Kaki, 05 Jan 2023Dude, I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a 3... moreI bought Galaxy Note 10 plus last year August instead of those midrangers you think would be better. Guess what? No midrangers I've ever used could have touched this Note 10 plus, and I'm very confident that it'd out-perform most midrangers in the market as at that time, all while costing less than $300.

Buying 2/3 year old PROPER flagships is the way I'll keep going until something big changes.

Anonymous, 05 Jan 2023Explaining you like you're 5. People here: sony ,... moreI haven't plugged in my 3D TV since 2018 I think. Except for old people, nobody is using those ancient devices anymore.
And yes, I watch 95% of the movies and everything else on my phone. The rest of the 5% is for Photoshop/Blender/Scripting on the PC.
The TV is dead grandpa! Welcome to the present!
PS I'm seriously thinking about replacing the TV with a terrarium or aquarium. Way, waaay better and a hundred times more pleasant to look at.
Now go drink your prune juice !

                  Isn't that a bit of a overkill?
Also, what about burn-ins in the display? My phone's display is full of subtitle and YouTube leftovers. It's a Galaxy S.

So that when you're getting robbed at night you can flash grenade them to make escape.

Cool now I can have displays to replace my headlights.

My phone goes up to 1200 nits when brightness set to auto, and that's already more than enough to comfortably use it even in direct sunlight, so I think 2000 nits is overkill.

                                  2000 Nits???
                                  For a what sake???
To have an endurance rating of 30 miinutes???
Super bright screens will deplete 1% of battery every 30 seconds.
                                  Such an useless feature.
Screen protector with polarized layer will do a lot better job for much less money.

But since I'm 5, I wouldn't know that. Your sentence makes no sense on its own. How was I supposed to know about something that wasnt even introduced to the discussion, talkless of the general context of this article? 🤷
