                So sad, this is a good iPhone for a low budget though. but as the main phone it is very lacking too because the battery and screen are far below today's standards.

                  The SE release years were 2016, 2020, and 2022. Where did they get that the release dates happen every 2 years? it only happened once.

Also the mini is priced at too high price that it makes no sense at all. SE made sense for lower price and to be a small phone. The way they wanted to go with XR or what ever to be next SE then it would not sell well as it be same size as the standards iphones.
                      They should just lose a lot of the SE bezel to have larger screen without making the phone bigger.

                      Edge to edge screen is what people want and that is what means bigger screen. Not what the brands think as they make the phone bigger and bigger all the time. You can fit like 5.5 inch screen in these SE2022 without changing the phones dimensions in size. For bigger batter they should make the battery fatter and not stretch it out to be wider and taller so they have no space in the box for it and then need to make the box larger.

                        SE was crap anyway. Asking 600 for a 64GB plus 3 or 4 GB ram and a 2000 mAh cell battery with no charger in the box.
                        Only apple is stupid enough.

                          I hope it's not tru and there will be next iPhone SE. regular iPhones are usually too big and too pricey for me (I use it as a secondary phone). I has awesome size. I woild use it as daily driver but iOS is to annoying. Fingers crossed tha EU making apple oppem iOS a bit more (secondary app stores, browsers with own engines) will make it better and more versatile...

                              Thus ends the "phones without eyestrain" era from Apple.

                              Now they are just a poor man's Samsung.

                                I think they simply are updating certain models semi-annually because of demand. They'll keep the last SE on the shelves until a new one comes later.

                                  This will prove a bad move for Apple...the SE was bringing a ton of new users into the iOS ecosystem because of the low price. It's an accessible entry point for people with less money.
                                  Those users now will probably chose google pixels of something...
