Apple again rumored to forego actual buttons on the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max

Instead the high-end duo will get solid state buttons with additional Taptic Engines simulating the lost physicality.

    QHD or 4K screen is way more necessary.
    2022 and iphone is still FHD 8bit 240Hz pwm when pro max is over $1900 in few locations for base 128GB.

        Awful idea. Android manufacturers tried this yesrs ago and gaming phones in recent years. Tactile is always going to be better. An actual click from a 6s or prior compared to a home button from a 7 or a 8 is just more satisfying

            I'm ready to see all those hypocritical "reviewers" that threw HTC under the bus for doing this in 2018 to suddenly say this is the best thing ever.
