If you want a Samsung phone with 500 PPI, go buy an S Ultra series, its a phone with full package, of course its more expensive compared to iPhone.
If you want a cheaper alternatives phone like iPhone, then go buy an iPhone, of course you will get limited features and old technologies compared to S or Z Series.

Unofficial prices (according to phonandroid), for the base models :
S23 = 900€
S23+ = 1200€
S23U = 1500€
So, NO samsung ... Thank You !

This is the best option for me: S23, 6.1 inches, a normal sized phone, and water resistance is important to me. Other specs are all good, maybe not the best but anyways who needs that?

Here, good ol' lethargic Sammy keeps the same resolution across both the models and stretches the details out on the plus model, making it really pathetic to look at. It's a REAL BUMMER."

Lethargic Sammy should just cancel both devices if it just wants to shove the Ultra down people's throats. Or better yet, cancel both devices, unify it into a smaller, more evenly pleasing 6.3" form factor with a better battery than the smaller galaxy, better PPI than the plus with LTPO of course and camera's from the Ultra (at least last gen lenses).
Lethargic Sammy is loosing the plot.
Xiaomi 13 Pro it is for me this time, or the OP11, let's see the reviews.

The biggest mistake that Samsung makes between both these models is the resolution and battery.
If one considers the iPhone 14 pro and max, both the models resolutions are maintained at 460 PPIs!!! and resolutions for each model adjusted accordingly. Here, good ol' lethargic Sammy keeps the same resolution across both the models and stretches the details out on the plus model, making it really pathetic to look at. It's a REAL BUMMER.
