Of course Samsung will make the price same with older generation just in USA aka iphone mother land to compete but in other regions the price will rise.

Yukvgffh, 19 Jan 2023The only problems I know the S22U has are shutter lag and b... moreYou've forgotten exploding, swollen batteries, random hard crashing/constant app crashing, camera instability/quality issues/HDR issues/camera lag, STILL WiFi/mobile connection instability issues including slow speeds/instability (an issue on S20, S21, s22 series and pixel 6 and 7 series which all use Samsung made modem, probably still external like on the pixel 6 and S20 series which I've personally dealt with on pixel 6 pro and its a phone breaking issue including Bluetooth issues which will be on S20-s22 series).

If you check feedback of s22 ultra buyers on Samsung us website most of them are negative and s23 ultra is exact copy of it with minor changes.
