The SuperVOOC tech from oppo is basically their proprietary charger management for the charger and ensures that the battery stays healthy throughout, I actually dont know how it would be translated in the PD standard but im sure it's a little bit similar, it really depends on what your charger is managing for high wattage power delivery chargers. like for example if you have an Anker charger, high chances are that anker already has built in safety systems so that your battery doesnt explode or anything...

NICKL4US, 20 Jan 202345-50W is more than enough. Just 4-5 years back people ... moreMan in past had said 5V/1A charger on ym phone it was painfully slow and when i played i game i had to be permanently connected to electricity.
Later with my Moto X4 my 3000 mAh battery on a heavy gaming lasted 10 hours untill depleted. Which was insane at that time and era back in 15.10.2017.
After 4 years battery lasted almost 3 hours on heavy gaming until i depleted battery.
Nowdays since last week of july 2021 i use Mi 11 Lite 5G budnled with 33W charging but i swaped that for 67W charger and suprisingly its working somehow. In other words my battery goes full from 40 minutes at 33W charger in 30 minutes at 67W charrger.
        But still is not enough.
Since faster is better and time is money 240W charging speeds or close by would be nice to have.
In other words i wouldnt never ever return to anything slower but would welcome a faster charging speeds from what i have.

Lastly honestly i agree with the fact that a no flagship is or would be a flagshipif its not charge at least at 100-120W in other words under 20 minutes. No matter the specs.
It can be packed with all gadgets Sony, samsung apple and google flagships have but as long as it does not charge within 20 inutes its a garbage phone but no flagship.
What was here 5 and more years ago is a past fastcharging is future. I am only surprised a wireless fastcharging been banned for security and battery protection reasons since wireless charging overheats battery way more than wired one.

Ultra super duper fast charging features is perfect for phone with poor software updates (majority of chinese brand). The user dont care about battery health anyway because they would change phone every 1 or 2 years (only to get newest Android version) 🤭

I have to say that is one fugly phone imo. And I agree with another poster, their "adaptive" brightness is terrible and not remotely adaptive. I've had a 3, 6T and 7T.
