Recently multiple issues with Poco & Redmi users especially after updates & their hideous costumer care practices have dented the Brand image in people minds.

Anonymous, 20 Jan 2023But why Realme also suffering even worse sales drop? I keep... moreRealmeUI is becoming more bloated than MIUI.
But lately they have started to add nasty Ads & recommendations throughout UI.
Some youtubers have pointed out that some app suggestions are hideous.
In Realme 10 Pro+ people were having Adult app suggestions in their UI ad recommedations, after pointing out they removed those adult suggestions but the UI still contains recommendations related to Gambling apps.

Only advantage for Xiaomi,Realme was their cheap price.
But since the pandic,Smartphones have become very expensive so people don't see value in buying these while they can have overall much better package for that extra price.
For 26k Realme has 10 Pro+,Redmi has Note 12 pro while Pixel,Nothing,Samsung FE can give better hardware & software.

No surprise their sales are going down.

Anonymous, 20 Jan 2023Lack of software support They dont have any roadmap for ... moreThere is no chinese brand that offers what Samsung offers in terms of long software support and after sales service. If there was, that brand should be on the list. 99% of them just concentrate on releasing a new product than support an older device. Saturating the market with e-waste.

TheLastOracle, 20 Jan 2023Samsung seems to have improved it's mid range lineup, ... moreThat's why they are cheap. They are disposable products. These brands have no intention of supporting their products after a year of launching it. For them, its more important to launch a new product than provide longer software support, which is the reason why the market value of their products quickly decline.

Anonymous, 20 Jan 2023We can buy a Samsung instead. Long support and cool interface.True, the chinese need to work on longer software support, that's why they will get beaten. Nobody wants to be seen with a cheap disposable product.

too much trash low and mid end phone release

two generation of the high end using sd-scamsung soc, that destroy phone battery performance

if they can manage sd8 gen2 in to poco f5, that would be made a different story
