lg basically copied samsung, down to the design and button shape and placement, look at the lg flex, they copied the samsung curve tv.
take for example the g2 i have hsve s g2 and an s3 i put them side by side and went through every feature and settings of them both and found that they were oddly similar, lg is obviously a slower s3 with ann lg logo on it, i could go on with every single of lg's phones but that is too much work.
wy didnt samsung sue, you ask because its nothing to argue and fuss about because samsung knows they are the leading sellers and that wont change, and they dont bitch about everything like apple.

And we all know that the Optimus G Pro was already launched weeks ago and the S4 just recently right? So I dont think LG is just seating on patents. :) Their working, and Samsung is just copying what their doing. :) Just like what they did with Apple. :)

Wow. And they said this after releasing copies of the Galaxy S2 and Galaxy Note 2 they called L-series and G-Pro? LOL. They even copied Samsung's LED tech. Shame! They did this just so they can have some bit of royalties because S4 is sure to sell well.

Well, I see most of the people are bashing Sammy, but all companies infringe someone else's patents. There are law suites in all directions. Moreover it must be virtually impossible to check all these tens of thousands, if not more, patents when you start designing a product. It's a mission impossible. And I don't get it why people are pushing so much that companies pay royalties to the other companies - all this reflects on the end price for the customer. At the end it is the customer who is paying this copy right royalties. So it's like people saying; "Let me pay, let me pay!"

Who cares!!! The important thing is having all the important features on a phone, that's the best thing about a smartphone, no only the specs.

Okay, it's good that Samsung develops technology, but doing so without owner's permission?

there is no doubt that lg is by far the most innovative brand....the only thing bad abt lg was their lack of updates on smartphones.....but believe it or not guys...they are improving.......
p.s s4 is still shit when u take it on with optimus G.....even if s4 does have a higher benchmark

Samsung has no innovative ideas. All the feature of Samsung are copied from other and Samsung feels no guilty for it. Samsung become a shameless company because Samsung knows very well if they stop coping then they should stop making products because they don't have any ideas for make a unique product. Samsung shows us "How to become famous by coping others things".

I don't understand y Samsung always get in trouble during its launches... Earlier it was Apple now its LG... Y Sammy doesn't go 4 a different tech or app which is entirely different from its rivals. If this time Sam is found guilty of the charges pressed by LG, Sammy would rupture its repature..
