They all copy to some extent, and they all do come up with good unique ideas (except Apple)... Samsung just puts the most into their phones... That is why they will remain number one (especially now with better build quality, for the whiners who don't use a case for some reason). They are simply the best all-around. I don't know why Android users hate on any Android brand, when Apple is the worst company of all.

sad thing is we as consumers pay for the lawsuit lost to the opponent & we are the ones that pay their lawyers by buying these way too high prices on these mobile phones, its crazy!!!

you look at sammy phones they do copy and they also innovate at the same time . who cares allot of phone copied one another to get where we are now juss enjoy let them worry about paying whoever for ther idea .

Lol are you serious? After LG copied Samsung TW for years?? Matter of fact look at LGs Optimus G Pro, its basically a Note 2 with an Lg logo in it, or LGs latest L phones, they all look like Galaxy S2s. LG its playing Apple now and theyre going to fail big time.

i agree with that just cause your first to do it does not mean your the best. but they should pay out or expect the same treatment so thats why im waiting to see what else come out this year .

hmm dats bad... I wud have luved if samsung cud have got sm new innovation , now even i feel tiered of being called a copycat thief vid samsung.... First of all respect to Nokia, moto, Sony and lg for all the innovations they came up vid in mobile industry, its because f dem and specially nokia that mobile industry has changed what it was 5 years back. All these copycating will do harm to this healthy competition, its pathetic when u luk at all other innovations being copied and put into a single unit vidout any royalty or something, i dunno why htc and lg are not suing samsung for there camera features and this eye stop in videos.. Even moto shudnot left behind, i guess moto has more patents then samsung and apple has. And leave aside nokia.....sammy will fall very badly cos every now and then u cant fool people u need certain innovation.....and whats d use f this video stop feature.....people rarely use these sort f feature. And now sammy fans will say wow its amazing.....s4 is a note 2 upgradation dat i wont do, hve a note2 and its kind of boring now,feel like a cheap stuff i my hand if i compare it to nokia, htc and sony.....just waiting for that momeng when i can proudly say m using real innovation nt a copiedstuff....and m nt sure feder it will come vid sammy as m all broke.......android is a not a kids game sammy please get us smthng new.....even lg got more patents then u......
