But I think that we can consider normal stilling some ideas or implemented software but not all like Samsung does it's ultrageous!

I really don't know more about how the patent thing is actually working but..
eye tacking should be a common thing. What else u going to use for track Nose ? Ear ? OR Teeth ? This is really childish & i think there is a only some kind of politics going behind this.
Using eye for tracking is the obvious thing.

Hey instead of blaming each other, just spend time in new innovations or improvements. Everything is not owned by any, since its open market and nobody cant blame others for copying or duplication, treat like twin concept, lg or samsung both korean based so copying is likely to happen, in some point nokia's device of year 2000, was similar to iphone [so nokia cant blame iphone], and iphone's innovation came from sony walkman [something ipod copied]....so dont waste just grow up.....

aih now nokia joined with apple coz samsung s4 is gonna start coming with wireless charging which stated by nokia
