i just bought my xperia xz last december 7,2016. today i charged my phone seeing my batter is 15%, after a few hour to check my phone, suddenly my phone went black with red light and a logo of a battery with a lightning on top of it, worse case, after few seconds it will go off and after a few seconds again it will have red light and a logo of a battery with a lightning on top of it. ive tried using the power button and volume up but does not turn on, what do you think is the problem pls help me

Yesterday, i updated my phone, and now, my phone goes off on its own. when i try to restart it, it comes back on once, then goes off again . its fully charged. when i plug it to a wall socket and put it on, it comes on and starts restarting all my services. and then when its trough, it comes on, and goes back off.
what do i do??

Happen to my mate,he had a crash with bicycle and had phone in the pocket,temporary glass saved screen but it then off and since not working, removed back cover, battery no signs of anything?!?

Had my Sony experia z3 compact less than a year and it won't ring in, ring out or text. Everything else works but the bit the thing was mainly made for?????

2 days just to put the software over and over again. Each version I tried.
Even the 6.0-pass too !!! Mindnél the same problem. Battery 88%, and 0% off. Strange to 30 minutes at 100% charge. This is certainly not a problem Software !!! Or the battery died because always too hot or a hardware !!!

i have a Sony xperia phone and just got the screen fixed a few months back yesterday my phone switched was switched on....and all of a sudden it restarted and it cannot take me on to the main page.
any tips
