01 February 2023

Guess I'm going to stock up on S10e.
I was wondering why S22 (very slightly larger) was not shown when my S10e screen went crazy and looked for a replacement. Then I saw the lack of MicroSD and/or 3.5m jack. I ended up buying another S10e while waiting for replacement screen.

GregLu, 04 Feb 2023Glad that the S23+ is better than a Note10+ launched on Aug... moreThe s23u has many more functions than the note10+

So SAMSUNG might remove some functions but overall in time it doesn't really count

I wish the s23 series has an headphone jack or microSD support but it's not a deal breaker and it's not coming back so we move

Or even the S23 for that matter, it should be the least ... But year by year, they strip functions and people are noticing, hence less and less sales and pricing skyrocketing and will bottom soon due to lack of sales 😋

And compared to even the s23+ it stands a chance for pple on a budget but generally even the 8gb s23+ is a better phone

Why?-better battery, 120hz brighter display, better raw performance, android 13 with more os updates coming, better camera with 3x zoom, and better build quality

                    E-junk.
I knew it! I'm criticised them since S10, they are going backwards... And this is the final nail in S coffin.
They are dull as they come... I'd never buy them again.

Kaka, 02 Feb 2023What's difference between native 10 bit and 8+2 bit?Native 10bit color depth means over 1 Billion color shades (red-green-blue) 8bit+FRC (frame rate control) is a trick used in monitors To make it display more colors but in fact it is just a technique to deceive your eyes and most people cannot notice it remember:
8bit=over 16 million color shades (RGB)
10bit=over 1 billion color shades (RGB)

Did Samsung finally stop throttling performance, and stop the noise reduction and oversharpening on their camera software? If not they can't possibly justify their asking price. Sure, the camera hardware is great, but their processing turns it into a mushy mess - ironically to make the most of their cameras you'll need a third party camera app or Gcam.
