1. Prove my claim was false
2. Many years means more than 2 years, a decade is 10 years. You don't have the right to claim a decade's worth of tests when the majority of phones used LCDs back in 2012-13.
3. You still struggle to comprehend the argument, it's not about phone displays, but the display tech in general. You have yet to provide anything and all you continue to do is make a fool out of yourself. Keep switching from different anonymous accounts, it won't change anything.

Both are VERY capable of what they're designed to do, and for all features they've been added to work with the hardware within - X 1 V pending launch and a few reviews and real world use not a spec bench.
If any smartphone product does NOT have a competent feature reach and stable OS with a rich application ecosystem to drive it ... then sales will DROP and it'll be shunned - like ALL blackberry devices!
Competent OS may not be the best description of what you aim to project/mean to say.

The only one that was not as severely over priced was the 1 iii at 1300.
1600 for the 1 iv, 1800 for the pro, and the one most under powered and over priced of the bunch was the pro 1 at 2500.

GN10, 12 Feb 2023I think Sony will quit the mobile phone business after 2025if it happens, then our only choice is crappy low end phone which have all features, let alone midrange phones. and flagship android are like iphones of androids. no charger, no dongles or anything, sd card, and 3.5mm jack. wired solutions only relies to usb c port, which causes usage limitation problems.

The Xperia 1 iv continues to retail at £1,299 for 256GB while the iPhone 14 Pro continues to retail at £1,209 also for 256GB. The only price drop I see with the Xperia 1 iv is in the USA.

You claimed that I said GSArena's tests are completely inaccurate, I never made that claim.
You keep bringing up "a decade" of tests when it's not a decade of tests. Years for sure, not a decade yet.
I compared LCDs and OLED displays in general, not specifically for phones. You bringing up GSMarena's test was pointless since it doesn't respond to me at all.
I mentioned this before and I'll do it again. You look at those tests without considering why those results are the way they are, you take it as the word of god and call it a day, ignoring factors such as the battery, display size, display tech, software, panel quality, etc.

Your lack of critical thinking skills, logic, and reading comprehension seemed to cause some brain melt, cool down and try again. Maybe read and try to understand what you are reading before you respond.
