None of these free apps are secure. A paid fully E2EE app that doesn’t request location permissions at all, uses verified encryption (no custom algorithms) and comes with enhanced security features like panic wipe, stealth mode (hides app), duress password, with an option to have the app on a secure device is best. Free apps mean they sell your data, and are spying on you and your device. My associates and myself use SecureCrypt. Been using since 2019. Best encrypted app I have ever used and I have used all of them. Flawless.

I think most secure Messaging App is Messenger from Utopia P2P ecosystem. I use this messenger to remain anonymous. More better than Whatsapp or Telegram

I don't believe any of them. I don't even depend on any of them. You never know they will pull the plug. I also don't care if Zuckerberg is reading my messages. Before talking about encryption and stuff they better fix the bugs in them. Like, I am deleting a message on my desktop app and it is still on the phone. I can open Telegram on multiple devices using their app but I have to open WhatsApp only on one phone and multiple browsers. Who cares? Also telegram needs to fix the messages not going to the receiver. I tried it on multiple phones and a PC. I send message from one number to another. It waits for long time until it is received.
They only needs fixing. I don't care about improvements. Keep them as they are. Just don't make them worse. That's enough... Maybe they should release old versions.
And it's not only them. Everybody updating anything is just making things worse. Look at Win 11. Where is the improvement? It is worse than Win 10. What is show more options after right click anyway? Who thought of it? And with iPhone software updates, battery lasts less after any update. Where is the number row on the keyboard anyway?
I have a laptop. I install Win 10 or Win 11 on it. It connects to Wi-Fi but no internet. Then I install Win7. It connects to Wi-Fi and there is internet. Which means what? Is technology getting worse or what?

but server of telegram has the encryption key as well.
if you want high level of features, like what telegram offers, there is no choice! you can't have this features with e2ee.

And to come to the conclusion, Telegram is actually real end-to-end encryption when Secret chats, and server-client encryption when normal using, while way more private and secure then whatsapp.
Yet, this abomination of privacy eater by the name of facebook that tried to delete it's reputation through "meta" that did nothing but wrong in it's past and very near past, dare to accuse Telegram of misleading, and liying? This is darn right sp!tfull. The only thing i wish to that Peachtunel of a Zucker, is to sell his life to google and receive a bigfoot in his can for it. All "pun's" intend.

What I'm saying is that (besides amazon) meta most definitely collects the most data out of any tech company in existence.

... moreActually it is Server-client encrypted when in default, and end-to-end encrypted when in secret chat.
The problem with real end-to-end encryotion in Telegram is that a user loses pretty much every function like edit sended messages or delete them for the receiver and other stuff. Butwell,when somebody wants to use secret chat, he is actually talkimg end-to-end. What funny is,is that facebook, comments about security of their whatsapp as if it would be secure and private, if that would be the case, nobody would ever be able to restore backups, or delete for others, orother functions whatsapp copied from telegram. Anyway how would those all be possible in an end-to-end encryption?
Well, what is clear is, that none of them is to be trusted.

Many other apps may have gimmick features, but still in daily conversation, majority of people uses whatsapp.
This is the truth, that must be accepted by any iMessage/Telegram/Line user.
