        It's a.niche phone with niche appeal. Samsung will sell more even if they had a smaller outer screen due to brand recognition. People trust Samsung more than Oppo and Motorola. Motorola's weakness is their updates. Samsung is miles ahead in this regard

            A 2012 phone with 8MP and 16GB Storage could store around 5000 Images or 3 hours of Video recording. As well as the apps themselves got much larger.

            I myself use now an USB-C SSD to Backup stuff, but just having an 1TB SD card would be more practical.

            You could also use cloud what wouldn't be faster because Cloud Storage = HDD, be more expensive in the long term, and is an unnecessary weight to the network+ waste of Energy, and we should have things more energy efficient anyway in these years, and the Internet is still 10% of the total energy consumption afterall.

            And for the headphone jack: Still larger frequency range, and higher clarity than Bluetooth, it's just the premium like sound quality for those audiophiles, but that requires the file itself to be high quality.

Not knocking on those folks... a friend of mine swears by open-back headphones, but I just stream from Spotify sooo...

                        The only practical reason for Sony for example to still be offering a headphone jack is because Sony is also a camera brand, and a whole lot of microphones (Rode, etc.) use analog connectors. But the truth is headphone jacks for smartphones are dead and have been for a while.

                          Hmm. Spectacular no doubt but I had hoped Motorola would stick with the original Razr design philosophy like the first foldable Razr that came out in 2019 (also the 5G refresh)... chin and all.

                          Folks buying these expensive flip phones don't really care for a gigantic primary display. It's more to do with the funky form factor IMHO, it's the main appeal after all. And it's true if you look at the Z Flip series' success... Samsung played it very safe with the design standards and people ate it up. Plus no one's really talking about the okay cameras anyway, they just need to not suck like in the Razr's case.
