It's most likely the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, but the company is being vague at the moment.

I think companies nowadays are designing their phones backwards.

They first aim to put specs, and later on, a hefty inflated price.

And no, dont come here and tell me all flagships today are worth +700$. Maybe the foldables could be due to the new flexible screen tech, but even those are not adding anything else new to the mix.

It's not like they are bringing new stuff at all. OLED has been here for a decade already and become super cheap to .
Same goes for NAND chips, and camera sensors. I'm pretty sure Sony keeps around good sensors for several years.

And I mean, we had have midrange devices with flagship specs before, its just that companies like to up sell everything.



    Nothing in 2022: the phone2 isn't coming anytime soon cause we wanna be deferent from others by not realizing bunch of phones, we are focused on the phone 1 & how to improve it via software updates ✅
    Nothing in 2023: Oooh you know the phone 2 will feature s8g 2 soc, it will arrive in 2023🤣

            Everyones dream is to compete with s23 ultra..

Because they have iOS copycat joke UI and horrible updates support. Only Pixel is a good alternative but still miles worse than Samsung when it comes to cool features.
