                I bought LG phones back in the day because they always had solid value for their specs.

                Before LG died at least where I live a same specced LG was roughly 150 euro cheaper than Samsung S series of a iPhone phone, and that’s before sales because if I take that into account then you could get 2 high end LG phones for the price of a S series Samsung.

                Meanwhile Sony never did that, that and Sony their Xperia 5 phones were already more pricey than iPhones and S series Samsung phones, while Sony their Xperia 1 phones often went for more than a iPhone Pro series or a Galaxy Ultra series phones here.

                So I wouldn’t say Sony and LG were same price, by far no.

Only advantage over iOS12 is to keep using apps, because access is blocked with older versions. Many do not even accept iOS13 from 2019 which is ridiculous when same apps run on android 6 from late 2015.

                              Android has become childish design, still slow to add stuff other UIs have had since android 4.2. Some stuff is worse than previous version.

                              When will a13 arrive on my phone? I have no idea and dont care.
                              Will it get android 14? No and I was fully aware before buying the phone and still plan to keep it 3-4 years.

                                    To those that do not believe, upcoming Qualcomm7475 (probably 7+g1 or 7g2) is almost as strong as 8+g1 according to DSC.

                                    Many phones to have it after april.
