I Love the 14 Pro Max... and I'm not hating the Galaxy Ultra... I just prefer iOS in many ways.. Kudos to both Flagships!

        Nor Iphone and Nor samsung are best devices on the market.
        First and foremost thing to udnerstand as brazilian government said and they are right any device sold without a charger is incomplete product and because those two are really incomplete they cant be qualified no matter what.
        Main reason why those two are not top on the list.

        Another thing is Software issues and Samsung Hardware issues.
        One must really do understand having a tons uof updates, security patches etc is fine as long as your device can keep up. Since most UI based apps same goes for IOS are nothing but a burden and bloatware in the end i mean 2-3 up to a 4 years and the most 99% users will end with a very software updated but hardware outdaed device.
        And since you cant update hardware the software updates ends as a buirden for the device where customer will feel like device cant keep up and need to be replaced.
        For a simple example try run Diablo game on Iphone 8. Not possible. Even X or Xs will not cope with that. Same goes for many android devices which are 2-3 years old.
        Same goes for samsung where Exynos is the worst among all well known Hardwares mean CPU and GPU.
        Only worse is Speedtrum and Unisoc.
        CPU and GPU by TSMC aint much better because they are only fast on the paper in real life use and mostly on gaming users sees after a certain period of time phone cant keep up and is hot sweaty as a pig 10 seconds before his massacre on a butchers table.

        Other software is the same. More apps running on bacround slower your device will be and even more slower it gets in the end.
        All phones from all brands even Apple should come as a pure android exprience with very minimum apps running on backround and every UI even IOS should be an optionable in a first time setup.
        Seeing having like 50 icons on main screen and like 120-150 or 200+ tottal apps running on backround is just plain stupid ad no.
        Its simple as that end of story.

          Lastly any and every android or Apple device should come with pure android experience because its a lot better.
          Less apps running on backround more healthy device you get.
          All UIs even IOS should be an option in a first time setup. But forcing customers to have bloatware in their device is a plain no.
          90 or maybe 99% of people are no techgeeks and will never use their device to 100% of its capabilities. Especially small childrens and elderly. For those most basic is the best solution.
          Rest of the people like you, me and everybody here should install whathewer they pla to use but once again all, any and every single device would, should, and could come as a oure android experience with bare minimum apps running on backround with UI or IOS as an optionable in a first time setup.
          If a customers say no device should install as a pure android exprience with a bare minimum apps on a main screen which will does not slow, sluggish and make a crawling device over a time where in the end like in 2-3 years from first time of buy user wont have the feeling device needs to be replaced because even if we update software we cant update hardware and thus bloatware filled device cant keep up.
          Is simple as that.

            Any and every even halfbaked midranger from a china brand does lot more tricks than Apple.
            Without android apple wouldnt exist for too long because most tricks apple have they copied and pasted from android and symbian.
            Apple does not innovate and they never invented a thing.

The very nature of a company is to earn as much profits as possible. And talking about hardware superiority, both brands are superior in their own way. Apple has stainless steel (next gen gonna be titanium), better hardware buttons, way better haptics (OnePlus and oppo are better at this than Samsung now), better water resistance (upto 6m vs 1.5m). So in terms of hardware both brands are superior with solid build quality.

One of the weaker screens on a flagship (somehow! Gsm need to stop pushing "higher brightness" = better rubbish) , slow charging, no benefit to having the 8g2 galaxy edition or whatever bs samsung is advertising it as, glass and aluminium which isnt really premium in this day and age, a pen that makes the phone weigh more yet is used by what, 5% of all note/ultra owners, no actual unique hardware features like having 360° nfc communication like on oppo or a dedicated secure face unlock like apple, honor and huawei. (examples of actually useful features). Samsung dont offer anything on android that others do not offer now (usually they'll offer more than samsung, huawei were the best for that).

                  Oppo find x5 pro used/refurbished is around £450-500 for good - perfect condition (A-B) and thats generally with 12gb ram and 256gb storage which also comes with all accessories in the box, an s22u in awful condition (C grade) is about £500 for the base configuration and thats without any accessories either. (when i got my used but in perfect condition find x5 last year for £400 i also got the 80w charger and a oppo designed case so an extra £70 of accessories). New the s22u is about £950-1049 from what ive just checked.

                  Oh and this isnt including the multiple hardware deficiencies samsung have had from the s20 series to s22 series (they like keeping it quiet but they get a lot of issues like the pixel 6 series because they essentially use exactly the same hardware as the exynos variants).

                  Iphone is better than samsung, samsung isnt a top 3 android manufacturer anymore and its only ignorant people that dont know other brands exsist or die hard fans that keep samsung going now and im talking from experience of everyone i know that owns a samsung device/people ive asked why they have a samsung device. (they arent the same old samsung that were innovators years ago, after LG and HTC werent challenging samsung just seemed to fizzle out and tried being an iPhone on android pretty much but doing a worse job at it).

                          In reality both phones are not even best in their price categories. Vivo, Oppo, Xiaomi offer superior phones in same price category. S23 ultra and iPhone 14 pro max simply are overpriced garbages for masses :) Charging speeds are pathetic for price you pay and you don't even get a charger in a box, what else do I need to say 🤣

                            Comparing highest of the high in price flagships but lowest of the low flagships when comes to real specs and ultimately two unfinished products as Brazlian government would say since they both comes without a charger makes no sense.
                            Anyway Apple and Samsung fans had for sure a very wet orgasm,
                            Users of All other brands ultimate flagship branded device such as Honor 6 Ultimate, Xiaomi 13 Ultra ultimate flagship from Realme, Oppo, Vivo, Meizu 20 pro, Motorola etc wouldnt be interested at all because in the end they carry a lot better device in every aspect for less than a 1600 price tag of a base variant devices in this comparison.
                            Even the most specced one variant cost less or much less than a base Variant of those two in comparison.
                            But yes Apple and Samsung users must realyl ahd a very wet orgasm seeing those results.
                            Rest of the people using anything else can happily and worry less sleep knowing their device is way better for way less money.

                            Lastly price and the brand name never made a better device. Its all about the specs for a said price.
                            If for example Meizu or Oukitel can make genuinely same device like those 2 in comparison for half the price Meizu or Oukitel will be a winner of said battle.
                            Price is all and the only one thing that really matters after all and in the end of a day.
                            Its simple as that.
                            And in case of Oukitel both of the phones will end up with from 10k up to a 23k mAh battery.
                            Thus my 2 cents.
                            End of story.

That's not how generations work bro. S23 Ultra is in the same generation as the Iphone 14. Repeat after me - S23 Ultra is in the same generation as the Iphone 14.
