I thought there'd be a third Find X6 as what GSMArena had written before?

So, could I import/purchase one from China to Europe ?

Sounds amazing tbh. Glad there's another phone with a 6.8" screen finally keep them coming! 6.8" and above baby

You just need to download the Google apps you need as they won't be installed by default but it will have google services by default so no extra steps are needed other than downloading the google apps

If it is only sold in China, will it be sold with Google Play Services ??

Exactly. Too much ho hum about China only models here.

Oppo could easily push this via. a OnePlus 11 Pro or something, adding in an IP rating & wireless charging. But Alas!

Pointless talking about a phone that's not even going global.

Anonymous, 21 Mar 2023Exactly, even the Mate 30 Pro had it! And I just realised ... moreFun fact: If all of the configuration entries are true for Tecno Phantom X2 Pro, it has an even larger sensor (1/1.3) behind the ultrawide camera with even larger pixel size.

What good is a find series phone if it can't find it's way outside China? ;D

                    Backside Full of Cameras...😌

I wonder if they think that making them unavailable outside China makes them more exclusive and desirable? Like it increases demand for when they do finally launch something globally? But the truth is most people, in the UK at least, have no idea about Oppo. Never heard of them. My Reno 10x Zoom is a curiosity easily forgotten by most. They're a very long way from any form of market penetration. Even Oneplus is quite niche. Very odd strategy from BBK.

Pleasantly surprised by the price of the Find x6 pro. 5,999rmb for 12gb 256gb is the same price as the Xiaomi 12s ultra's 8gb 256gb variant (5,999rmb) with better hardware all round. It is also cheaper than the Vivo x90 pro+ (6,499rmb). This should put pressure on Xiaomi when to keep the price down when they launch the Xiaomi 13 ultra next month. Surely, they need to at least match Oppo's pricing. Oppo's pricing has improved quite a bit this year at least for the flagship models.

What a downgrade to the vanilla X6 with no wireless support 🤷

From X3 X5 x6 there have been major downgrades

                          X5 no IP68
                          X6 no Wireless
                          X7 no ?

Looks like a marketing stant a very bad one to force people buy the pro model

                          There's no reason to upgrade to vanilla Find X6 if you're a Find X3 & Find X5 users 🤔

                          Find X3 had IP68
                          Find X5 no IP68

Find X5 had wireless charging support
Find X6 no wireless charging support

Amazing hardware, but the non-existent availability makes it really hard to appreciate what Oppo is doing. In fact, I consider 2023 to be a dreadful year for anyone who is not in Europe or the US and takes a lot of photos with a phone camera.

In my country, none of BBK subsidiaries or Xiaomi is interested in releasing their flagships, Honor has been silent since Huawei retreated, Sony is completely disinterested in releasing their phones to begin with, and we only have Asus, Motorola, Samsung and Apple who clearly doesn't put as much effort on improving their cameras as the others that I mentioned.

The second-hand A6000 I purchased less than a year ago is already showing its age with its image quality, I guess it's time for me to throw away my faith in phone manufacturers and spend money on a newer generation mirrorless camera.

And I just realised that the P40 Pro from so many years ago had the same main sensor & pixel size as the latest iPhone!!

[deleted post]I wasn't even the one who said it, but since you asked, for one the Always-On Display icons are so small they're practically useless.

                                    Seems interesting

Jesus, the bonkers 2500 nits brightness display outright gave the iPhone 14 series/Watch Ultra the second spot
