Have you heard of business ethics. No one is stopping apple from patenting and protect their innovation. But rectangular shape and round edges, seriously?
Almost all companies pay liscense fee to arm/intel/qualcomm. Do you have any idea if they do not allow such licenses.
Lastly, nokia is down becoz of their mistakes.

I always used wifi-direct, fastest sharing option out there IMO..

I'm not reading through every post on this thread, so if this has been commented on, please excuse me.
This should not be limited to the German or EU courts, but between the US Courts vs the rest of the world. In other words, let the biased US courts decide on one set of rules (as they seem to favour Apple - at least, that one judge did in the beginning), and whatever's decided upon elsewhere (hopefully as in this case, against Apple) should be implemented worldwide.
So, us users of products around the world shouldn't be restricted on phones other than Apple, by what's decided on in the US. Let them keep their law to themselves !

i see here on this forum tons of stupidity. if bluetooth and direct mass storage are not so important and not used, why apple blocked these simple features? because they want to force the user to download and use itunes, to buy music and apps from their store. i see stupid fans intoxicated with apples wich said bluetooth is useless? are you stupid? i use bluetooth every day to transfer photos and videos with my friends and to copy at the exams. and "the premium quality" of iphone is only in intoxicated minds. htc one, nokia lumia, sony have the same build quality. i owned iphone 4 and 4s and both have the radio reception like hell

apple dont. And I think that's the strategy of apple to stay on top. Look what's
happened to nokia. Few years back they are no.1 mobile company. Look at
them now, they are continueing to go down. Aswell as BB.
And I think. Samsung will also do patent for sure what apple did patented if they knew it first. And they will also sue apple cos of that patent to stay on the game.
And I think if you are also into this business. You'll also do what apple did. Cos if your the only company that has that something, you have the market for that.
That any other company dont have. So if you let other company use what you have, you will lose your costumer. You wont let your company go down?
That's apple strategy to stay on top. And apple deserved that. That's why they are the most Valuable and richest company on planet.
