Those companies never cared about security or privacy of their customers, they exploit their customers and cooperate with US government.

So we've started reaching the point where android manufacturers have became more lazy, greedy, and complacent like Apple.
And apple is finally having to implement features and catching up in things like ram, battery, storage, camera, etc.

Apple: no sideloading due to security concerns.
Also Apple: isolated, closed-source iOS is still not enough to protect the device from espionage and robbery (iCloud hack, Pegasus software, thieves clear out bank accounts using stolen iPhones by recovering Apple-ID-password etc.)

I'm sure they would put some serious restrictions like side loaded apps can't use storage or something. It's apple after all.
