Anonymous, 07 May 2023Nice joke.
Even the ENTRY LEVEL Galaxy A24 with 5 years ... moreYou are the jokester here.
Samsung A series are some of the most cheaply made phones, with their cheap build quality being disguised with heavy marketing and long software support.
This is from personal experience: My A52's back peeled off after less than 2 years of light use. Imagine what else can go wrong after 3 and 4 years of use.

Not a fan, 07 May 2023Lol you’re acting as if htc will give it to you for free
ShhhWe are (Android environment) on a current state where buying a Samsung midrange (A54) is almost on par in price and features as buying an iPhone 12 lol.
You can bet your neurons I will root for other brands to make a comeback. Back in 2019, I would say for sure that HTC was dead, along with Sony, since Samsung had a great lineup, and Motorola wasnt fooling around either, and LG was being LG as always.
2023 and now its all different. It feels as if we just went back in time to a decade ago, where most Android devices were pretty forgettable.
But seeing how the most popular OEM raised prices without any reason, they have a chance to do some fighting in some markets.
People should honestly learn that marketing is always full of lies, and same goes for shilltubers that make a living out of reviewing devices

I am most definitely hyped for this after their downfall in my hometown as they stopped selling them, I've always loved their old designs, this may be the start of a new golden age for them if they play their cards right

DarlingYext, 07 May 2023Nice joke! Unfortunatelly, I don't care about 5 yea... moreYou don't care but many people care. And they don't want to have an old os. No problem on my A52. No cracks no lag no burn in no signal drop no battery drainage. Just some scratches on frame. Not a big deal.

Minu, 07 May 2023No wonder why I was disappointed with Samsung's choice... moreI agree, altough to be fair to Samsung, the Note 7 wasn't entirely their fault, that was on the battery supplier, that gave Samsung slightly too large batteries and they didn't fit right into the casing, which Samsung then didn't check thoroughly, if at all, so that's why it's partially their fault as well.

jahmane, 07 May 2023I feel you on the processor bro. Im waiting for the Poco F5... moreThat's the problem with all the historical phone brands.
Patience is the mantra for their releases, and I think it's worth the wait until they keep up

Unfortunatelly, I don't care about 5 yea... moreNo wonder why I was disappointed with Samsung's choice of ODMs since the Note7 fiasco.
Either it's always a build quality issue or a software bottleneck

YUKI93, 07 May 2023Not sure about that. A friend of mine is currently using Xp... moreThe good thing about Sony's phones is their high standard of quality like in Japanese products, despite being outsourced to Foxconn.
Unfortunately they aren't even available in most regions, so grey market models sold at inflated prices are of poor value tbh

I still have my pair of mint condition silver and gold M8s, which I like to take out every now and again - despite neither working. Should've bought the brushed metal one too. Glorious times. If only HTC knew how to Samsung.
