    This is an article in Japanese.
    It says that AQUOS R7 uses Pro IGZO OLED developed by Sharp based on igzo technology.

            It was also revealed that all Sony/Sony Ericsson phones use LG displays, which were previously assumed to be made by JDI.

              SHARP's OLED displays have been manufactured in-house since 2018.

                    Apart from that, the Aquos R, Nokia 8 and LG G5 uses the same display, and it's considered to be manufactured by LG

                                        There was a wiki dedicated to Nokia phones that shows the similarities between the firmwares of Sharp and Nokia phones. Seems like it was taken down sometime ago, along with the FIH Mobile (Foxconn) server.
                                        My previous comment mentions some devices that share similar firmwares from both Nokia and Sharp devices btw
