But what about temperature of your own chip, google? Perhaps you want to distract people

I'll be waiting for the Pixel Fold 3 to have this and Samsung's 3 nm node for the Tensor G4. I hear the G3 will still have Samsung's inefficient 5 nm. Or I can wait an extra year to get TSMC's chip. So I guess I'll wait another 3 years for the Pixel Fold 4.

Haha, some fresh air here and a new tone in GSMA's article series. Nice.

No scratches, no rubbing marks, but somehow the paint has been losing color. Same thing happened with Xperia XZs five year later on the side nylon body.

There are some budget phones that already does this like Umidigi albeit they are not mainstream so they have less public exposure.

Anonymous, 19 May 2023It could be worse. It could be an anal thermometer. They ma... moreLmao. Jokes aside though, 100% this. Just like Project Soli, I guarantee you the Pixel 9 series drops this thermometer. It's a USELESS feature, and COVID has been done for two years. The keynote announcing this will make my eyes roll as they try to fear monger or justify adding it and adding at least $30 to price tag too for a feature NO ONE wants. How about just give us a better optimised chipset that can manage the battery well? THAT is more useful.

one of the most interesting fitur in mobile phone... Very useful... Hope the Camera still give the best performance!

Not everyone carries a thermometer in their pocket. This is useful. I bet Apple and Samsung copies this.

Finally. There's an upgrade for this phone. The infrared

Will this be the deciding factor for people to choose a phone over another?

I like Pixel phones, have one myself and actually enjoy it. But who the f asked for this feature. If this is real and it will actually require to use it as described then somebody in Google needs a cup of strong coffee to wake the f up. Ditch this ish and give us actual fast charging or something else useful.

It could be worse. It could be an anal thermometer. They may save that until next year though right along with the gongulator.

Good grief, can't these people just make a practical, affordable phone and leave off the gimmicks that serve no purpose other than increasing the price (company profits)?
