Nokia is also competing with Google on mapping services. No way Nokia will go with Android. Android is too buggy anyways. Customer satisfactions are lower with Android.

Anonymous, 16 Apr 201341MP exceeds the addressable memory in Win8... so there!true agree with you!! but it cold be a possibility that since Nokia and Microsoft are in a partner ship they have modified it to use the 41MP sensor when they updated for quad core.

Try for yourself to see how the jpeg image of Pureview 808 does compare to the raw image of Nex 5 at iso 1600. Isn't quite there. I agree it is impresive for a senzor in a mobile phone but next to APS-C sezors the performance is significantly lower.

It would be nice if Nokia will manage to add some optical zoom and a raw shooting mode. Eos will probably be a remarcable shooter.

Nokia should do Android. Seriously.
If Samsung can do both WP and Android, why should Nokia stick to their idiotic WP only strategy? That's just pure stupidity. Because I believe, there're literally hundred of millions of people out there who would love an Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie running inside a properly specced Nokia phone with it's 41MP pureview technology.
Come on Nokia, give it a try. You'll rule the world, I promise you. ;)

In that case is it wo... moregrow up kid....i can even buy a $10 game here in india( a real one and not fake), and play it in my ps3 vid 42 led screen.....but i still purchase games for $5-$10....which is frankly is quite costly for a game dat u play in ur 4.5-5 inch screen....but cant help it cos android is all about makin money for google and developers......i wont buy a b@tthead camera( i already have a canon ) , but its so heavy i cant carry it everyday .( though nth cant beat my canon). So dats why i need somethng which would help me in my pub and disc photo shoots and is still a decent phn....i have used my brothers 808 p.v and m quite impressed vid p.v tech, so my next phn will b this p.v magic if it comes for budgeted price...... If dis ph gives d same output f vhat 808 gives alonb vid ois, hdr and slow motion hd vidoes , etc then i wont mind buying a brick( as u think 808 is a brick i guess). Frankly 808 is nowhere near to a small brick as well, the body is sexy enuf to win me over and camera tech and lense is alone to make me drool ovr it . I dont care bout many cores if the phn runs smoothly vidout lag....and has a gud battery life in 3g......hope nokia will listen to what consumer is expecting as it always does......hail nokia hail......

thing is this is actually 8mpx camera with potential to picture 41mpx but it cant without good processor,many phones that are 8mpx are 16mpx in potential or higher but thing is nokia doesnt compress pictures while every other oem does so pictures can get on social pages directly
