I won't carry a dumb phone, a mp3 player, a video recorder, a video player, a camera and a laptop with internet dongle everywhere I go. I think maybe u will.

AnonD-81934, 16 Apr 2013If it will have the same size and resolution as the sensor ... moreActually manual focus is kind of pointless, since you will never be able to perfectly focus for all those pixels, and even downsapled mages will rely on how well the focus is on a pixel level.
RAW mode would be a welcomed addition.

X, 16 Apr 2013You're talking only about the camera. In that case is it wo... moreI get your point, but feature phone + compact camera doesn't equal camera smartphone. There's no way I'm carrying a camera in my pocket all day long even if it fits, and the interchangeable lenses themselves would need a bag to be carried around.
Having a smartphone with excellent picture quality is really nice, even if it doesn't match the quality of a mirrorless camera. Manual controls over aperture, shutter speed, ISO sensivity, white balance and good optical zoom would hit the sweet spot for me.
If I was planning to do professional photography, I would get a not-so-portable full fledged DSLR anyway.

AnonD-81934, 16 Apr 2013If it will have the same size and resolution as the sensor ... moreYou're talking only about the camera. In that case is it worth the money? You can buy a 50$ dumb phone and a compact camera with an APS-C sensor and exchangeable lenses, like Sony Nex 3 and 5 series cameras(yes you can carry them in a pocket) for a lower price. Just look at the Flickr Sony Nex and Nex 5R groups and see the quality of the pictures for yourself.

AnonD-136464, 16 Apr 2013And who told you that Meego has Apps and Games?
It'd have ... moreNo games on n9, lmao you gotta be joking.

games, imagine if they continued)
And secondly, I said develop their meego, don't
you read clearly? I just want them to use their
own os and meego is one of the best if not the
best they have. So nokia, stick to meego and
improve it and drop that windows os cos its so
wack. Up nokia, keep connecting people! N9 has
such an awesome gpu for its time, pls do another
n series with improved meego. Thanks

If it will have the same size and resolution as the sensor in 808 (maybe newer generation sensor), variable aperture (hoping for f/2.0-f/5.6 but probably something like f/2.4-f/5.6 is more plausible), OIS, xenon, LED and HDMI I don't really care about the rest, dual or quad core is the same to me. I just hope it will be smaller in width than 920, because it will for sure be thicker. I don't really want a 4.5", I hope it will be 4-4.3", no more than 768p (I'm fine even with 800x480 if it will be 4"). SD Card also needed. FM Transmitter is somehow obsolete technology, even if I use it in my (old) car on my 808, but FM Radio will be cool.
If they add variable aperture it will make shutter/aperture priority modes possible and give a lot more control to the photographer. Maybe a manual focus option too :) OIS and variable aperture are the only important things missing in 808, OIS can improve photos with 2-3 stops (in low-light) and variable aperture will also help making blur free photos inside (by setting the maximum shutter time accordingly). If they update the sensor technology they can improve photos by half a stop and another half can be obtain from a f/2.0 aperture (compared to actual f/2.4), meaning one full stop better then 808 should be possible (but seems unlikely). If they do that, plus the OIS which in low light gives another 2-3 stops, it will be the perfect ultracompact camera.

This will really worry Samsung. Samsung has more or less gained the lead by having the image of "the best" specs. This camera will totally steal Samsung's thunder.
